DICIT is a system integrator for data centres. The same team carries a facility from first condition analysis through to continuous operation.
Assessment & optimization
We assess the site, its efficiency, and its compliance gaps before design begins. Risk analysis, security audit, and site selection, with airflow analysis (CFD) to recover wasted cooling and capacity before anything is built.
Data center design
We engineer the power, cooling, and fire systems to the load the facility will actually carry. Concept design with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) sized to that load, full project documentation compliant with Slovak legislation, plus permitting and commissioning engineering.
Implementation
We install and commission every system, then prove it works under real conditions. End-to-end project management across building construction, power, cooling and ventilation, fire suppression, access control, racks, structured cabling, and raised floor, delivered as one coordinated build.
Operations & maintenance
We operate under agreed service levels (SLA) to keep critical infrastructure running. On-site and off-site operation, service programs, and preventive inspections that reduce downtime and extend equipment life, with fast incident response backed by spare-parts management. We monitor and report, so the room keeps running without you watching it.
Security & availability
24/7 dispatch monitoring and regular physical access control across every managed site, so a problem is seen before it becomes an outage.
Modernization
We upgrade ageing infrastructure in line with Uptime Institute standards, without taking the room down. Upgrades and relocation for data centers already in service, planned and executed with your IT provider.

The core tool for monitoring and controlling data center non-IT infrastructure, tracking operational performance and ensuring SLA compliance. Fully modular and scalable, from a small server room to a Tier IV facility spanning 1,000+ m² and hundreds of racks.

Standard and custom reports on a robust Microsoft Visual Report Studio foundation.
Give customers their own secure view: power, temperature and humidity (ASHRAE 2010), rack-level consumption, live alarms, SNMP and email notifications, and SLA reporting for their slice of the infrastructure.
